There is this guy that i really like what should i do to find out if he likes me and how do i "get h?

i'm only 15 but there is this guy and he is soooo amazing! he is so sweet, mature, encouraging, kind, and respects me :) we are really good friends but i dont really know if he likes me. he is really flirty with me but all of our friends say that that is just how he always is... what do you think? and is there anything i can do to encourage him to like me?
