Is anyone working on a new jailbreak/cfw for ps3? Or know when it will come out?

I have updated on accident to 3.61 and there is no way to downgrade yet and there are no legit jailbreaks out. If anyone has a prediction or an actual time that would be great. Don't waste your time putting answers hating on me for "cheating", I'm 13 and I can do with what I want witha 300$ ps3
