What's wrong with my boobs?!?

Hey :) I am 14 but I am pretty mature, I have practically finished growing (5'8, don't think I will get taller) I have my period, pubes and everything but one thing that's been worrying me is that my nipples don't stick out? They are just like flat, unless they get cold or i rub them, but otherwise they just stay flat. I don't think they are inverted because they don't go inwards but they are kind of cracked on my nipple. Plus my nipples are like the size of a pea :/ Anyway do you think they might stick out or do you think they won't because I've finished growing? I feel really self conscious about this and im too ashamed to show my boyfriend which is upsetting :( Thanks in advance :)
