Psp cfw to ofw? helphelphelp!!?

my psp is on cfw 5.50 gen d3..i want to make it to the ofw 6.38...how? when i download the ofw to my psp,when i want to upgrade it pop is 9.90 don need to upgrade...can anyone tell me what to do? how to make it to ofw again?
