PSP 2000 Custom Firmware Memory Stick Question? PLEASE LOOK!!?

Ok so i've had a psp 2000 with cfw 5.00 M33-6 for about a year now, and i havent touched it in a long time. and i let my little brother play it and he chewed up the memory stick! so i bought a new one and i have absolutely NO CLUE on what files i have to put in the memory stick. SO basically i have a psp with custom firmware and a brand new memory stick and no clue what i have to put in it. i just want the basic things on it, like i know there was PSP folder -_- and the things to let it run and have apps and games. THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERYBODY PLEASE HELP ME =(((
