Patapon 3 problem with class skills experience?

I was training my charibasa class (my uberhero) but his first class skill didnt grow (pyokorider spirit) so i tried in other classes but they grow normally but when i tried with the taterazay class the same problem the exp bar doesnt grow either! im using a cfw prometheus 4 i dont think that is the problem but really i need help its not fun when you cannot train you skills please help i alredy downloaded other versions and started new games and the same thing i hope someone can answer
